  1. I love these columns!

Gonna be in the UK in November and wondering . . . I might take a side trip to Scandinavia. I’ve never been! Any places I should definitely start with?

    • Wow, Welcome to my corner of the world. Stockholm is worth a visit .. truly beautiful city, built on 14 islands. Cheap flights from London. A cruise to Helsinki from Stockholm, 2 days. The distance between Copenhagen and Stockholm is about 5.5 with the train. You will see a fantastic countryside. Fly to Stockholm and finish off 2 days in Copenhagen. Return to Uk from there. Airlines to look at is Easyjet & Norwegian from Gatwick. In a week you would have visited 3 magical cities.

    • You’re welcome to borrow anything you want, Manja! I’m not that pleased with the Marrakesh photo, but it seems to be the best of the bunch. Thank you so much for your support.
