This grilled goat cheese salad I enjoyed at the restaurant at the Museum of Modern Art in Istanbul in November last year. It was “disappearingly” GOOD!

    • Nancy, thank you … for letting me play! *smile I love goat cheese too … one of my signature dishes as a chef, retired now … was grilled goat cheese on an Asian style salad.
