three beautiful human minutes

… I want to share this beautiful commercial video made for the Danish state TV channel 2 … by  Asger Leth,  Danish director and writer, known for Ghosts of Cité Soleil (2006) and Man on a Ledge (2012).

It shows that we aren’t really that different after all and that we all have something in common that bring us together.

“Being human is given.
But keeping our humanity is a choice.”

  1. 🙂 Wivi,

in times like this where walls are built – those in our minds and those with actual bricks – WE need to find the common denominators that make US whole again.

    Will re-blog right now.
Thanks for sharing and a big hug from Vienna xo 🙂

    • Yes, Dia … you are so right. We build too many walls and not enough bridges, somebody very wise has said. Couldn’t me more true. Glad you want to pass it on – one of my girlfriends had posted it on FB and I think we should pass it on. Big hug from very mild Landskrona.

      • Wivi, my repost didn’t work. It’s probably because I have a self hosted wordpress blog. I will just copy and link to your post. I hope this is OK for you?
        xo

      • It doesn’t show up un my blog as reposted. And when I klick on the reblogged button it says “404”. So there’s something wrong there. However, I’ve linked to you and said I have this from you! xo

🙂 In times where walls are built – those in our heads and those with actual bricks – WE need to find the common denominators. This video by Asger Leth shows that things aren’t so complicated after all and that we have a lot more in common than we might believe on first glance.
    Enjoy! 🙂

    Gute Unterhalten! 🙂

  3. Bravo, Vivi 🙂 🙂 I wasn’t sure where this was going when it started out but it’s spot on. We share so much, and none of us is perfect. It’s beautiful! Hope you are fit again and looking forward to Budapest.
