  2. Synes de som skal være så utrolig sunne er de som klapper helt isammen og ser ut som 100 år enn de som spiser det de vil med måte😊love nigella💖vakker kvinne😃

  3. Yikes! Gillian is just a year younger than I am!!! Off to pick up that tub of ice cream that I have been trying to ignore all last week 😀

  4. I have this theory, I know being overweight is unhealthy, that is what they tell us, but sometimes I wonder if it is because of the stress that society puts on those that are that way, if you reasonable fit can live a normal life, then what is the problem. Live, and live how you want. that is my motto these days.
I say, Nigella another piece of cake please.

    • It’s now proven that people that are a couple of sizes too big are much healthier than “normal size” – and live 6% longer. Not talking about obese now.
I think if we deny ourself everything we like and enjoy we become miserable and unhappy, that will effect the health even more.

  5. Viveka, love this. I’ve always said wine was the ticket. It preserves you ahead of time 🙂 Miss your posts. Will get back into reading more once I get past this moving hurdle. People are too restrictive lately. If told to cut back they pare to the bone. All things in moderation. Sometimes you have to cut loose an just enjoy the art of living.

    • Susan, wine are good for us .. all down to how much we drink.
You get out those boxes and get the home in order before you … start reading my posts. No rush what so ever. You are welcome when ever you have time.

  6. Hilarious…point taken! All things in moderation, right? I am still eating a mostly vegan diet but I am not militant about it. I still drink wine and enjoy desserts at times. :: )

    • Milkshake .. ages since I had that – I love a great hamburger *smile .. Life is too short to sacrifice that.
With saute onion, mushrooms .. and a fried egg. Heaven.

  7. Oh this is too funny- I just got this in my box this week from a friend (guess it took a month to circle round to America!)- I’ll go for the latter… absolutely all the way 🙂
